Event was great, experience was horrible
The lines for food lacked urgency, with no sense of urgency. For the smallest taco salad I've ever eaten, a small Pepsi, and a bottle of water, I waited forever and paid $21.50. The garage entrance was closed when I arrived, after purchasing a parking pass through the arena. I ended up paying $35 to park in another lot, even though I had pre-paid for the parking pass. We had to inquire about our seats from 4 ushers. The fourth usher was the one who could assist us, after two mis-directions and one instance where the usher said "I don't know."
